Crème Brûlée makes any event feel glamorous and unique and we’ve had the privilege of catering a wide range of events including bar mitzvahs, birthday parties, corporate meetings, engagement parties, weddings and much more.
Planning Your Event
Step 1: Portions
NOTES:
Regardless of jar size we do require a minimum 20 of each flavor
If you will not be returning our jars after your event, a surcharge will be required
Step 2: Flavors
We recommend that guests start with at least one of our staple flavors, Maple and Vanilla. Our other flavors can be found here, but the list is always growing. We’re also happy to work with customers to come up with custom flavors for specific palates.
Step 3: Service Options
We provide a team to operate an on-site Brûlée Bar, who will torch (and garnish, if needed) creme brûlées for your event. This can include tables, linens, decor and even a tent for outdoor events. The vast majority of our customers choose this option to give their guests the added “wow factor” of torching in person.
Price is $100/hr (with a minimum two hours to accomodate setup and breakdown)
We provide drop-off service where jars are torched off-site in advance or in a provided kitchen area. This can be a logistical challenge because the crust on pre-torched jars tends to melt quickly.
Price for drop-off is usually $50-100, depending on order size
We can also deliver un-torched jars to catered events where your caterer assumes responsibility for torching each jar (for liability reasons, we cannot provide torches to outside parties)
Price for delivery with no torching can be as little as $50, depending on order size
